Leah lives in Boston, USA with her husband of 18 years and their daughter. She loves art and travel, exploring new cultures and people watching. She is a collector or Dr Martens, kimonos and has an ever so slight obsession with Frida Kahlo which can be seen reflected in all areas of her life. Her favourite soul place is the African bushveld because there is no place on earth that can heal you as much, or connect you to yourself quite like the wild areas of Southern Africa.

She appeared as a guest relationship expert on Season 2 of The Bachelor SA and The Single Wives SA as well as on Netflix's 'Young, Famous & African'. You can often hear her on air discussing anything and everything to do with life, communication and relationships.
Leah has a large social media following with thousands of post and video views every week. She writes her own blog, is the creator of a video series called ‘Real Talk’ and is the author of The Freedom Factor - a book on boundaries.
