Success Switches


Why are you not happy with the state of your life? 


➜ Do you want to see big changes in your relationships, finances and work?

It’s time to be honest with yourself and acknowledge that your life is in the state that it's in because of repeat behaviours you've been engaging in over and over again in a direction that has not supported your personal growth.


If you really want to see shifts happening in all of your life areas, then take control of the behaviours that are holding you back and stop the self sabotage. Get a pen and paper and do an exercise to look at where in your life you can start switching out unhealthy behaviours for more empowering ones. Here are some examples:


  1. Switch out Netflix binges for more sleep.

  2. Switch out moaning about your life for gratitude that you have a life to explore.

  3. Switch out takeaways for healthier homemade food.

  4. Switch out talking at your partner for listening to them and really hearing them.

  5. Switch out overthinking and needing perfection for taking action and being willing to make mistakes.

  6. Switch out Instagram scrolling for working on your side hustle.

  7. Switch out toxic relationships that bring you down for mentors that lift you up.

  8. Switch out passive aggression for open communication.

  9. Switch out sitting in front of your screen for one hour of exercise a day.

  10. Switch out mindless radio for inspiring podcasts.

  11. Switch out being distracted and checking out for being present and growing.

  12. Switch out blaming others for taking responsibility.

  13. Switch out being a martyr for asking for support when you're taking strain.

  14. Switch out buying things you don't need for saving and investing in your future.

  15. Switch out belittling and judging others for being supportive and acknowledging them.

  16. Switch out running away from your problems for showing up and confronting them.

  17. Switch out unhealthy coping mechanisms (alcohol, drugs, gambling, porn...) for therapy and coaching. 

  18. Switch out taking for giving.

  19. Switch out the 'I can't do it' statements for 'I'm making this happen for myself!' statements.

  20. Switch out fantasising about your ideal life for actually creating it! 


Success happens when you live with conscious awareness around all of your thoughts, words and behaviours - every single day. Success happens when you are consistent in those behaviours - every single day. Success happens when you switch out the old and outdated ways of thinking and behaving that are keeping you stuck, for the new that is aligned with the future you're wanting to create yourself.
