As a qualified Life Coach, the services I offer fall under the category of Complementary Healthcare and does not qualify me as a licensed practitioner. I am not a medical doctor, psychiatrist or psychologist and therefore I cannot diagnose, prescribe medication or cure any condition. The advice, suggestions and recommendations in my practice and on my blog which offer alternative ways of looking at and dealing with your problems are my perspective and for your consideration only. Any actions you take in your life as a result of my suggestions are your choice completely and I take no responsibility for the results. In no way should any information or advice on this blog be taken as a substitute for the advice of a licensed medical practitioner.

I have opinions. A lot of them. This blog is my way of expressing those opinions. The content I post on this blog comes from my personal views on life, the universe and everything. They are my opinions only and are not those of my family, colleagues, employees, friends, clients or my pets.

My intention My intention is not to denigrate or harm any religion, ethnic group, club, organization, company, or individual without cause. My intention is, however, to rattle cages, push buttons and get people to start thinking outside of their rigid belief systems. My intention is to ask questions and to get everyone who reads my blog to do the same. My intention is to not let people who behave in inappropriate, offensive, destructive and criminal ways to get away with it by staying silent. My intention is to encourage all my readers to remember that they have a voice and they have rights that should not be violated in any way whatsoever by anyone, ever. My intention is to push people to not be afraid, to stand up for what they believe to be right and to fight for themselves no matter what.

Having said that, I do reserve the right to delete any comment on any post on my blog for any reason whatsoever. This will hardly ever happen as I believe that everyone’s opinions count, but in cases related to hate speech or misinformation, comments will be removed. I can do that. It’s my blog, I can delete if I want to.

Not an expert/authority What I write on my blog is not to be taken as fact nor absolute. Since I blog about a range of topics, I trust and hope that all my readers understand that I am not an expert in any one of these fields, I'm simply a very seasoned observer of the human condition with many years of experience under my belt. So if anyone reading this blog is going to use my advice, tips, techniques, and recommendations, then you do so at your own risk. I am not responsible for how you understand or interpret the words and writings on my blog therefore, as the author, I will not compensate you in any way whatsoever if you ever happen to suffer a loss/injury/inconvenience/damage because of/while making use of information in this blog.

I don’t know your language and I have no control over any translation service whether it be on the internet or otherwise. Therefore I apologise in advance for any incorrect translations.

Outdated links As much as I attempt to keep all links on my site current and accurate, please note that since websites on the internet change all the time, links on any of my older posts may end up inadvertently linking to a site or content that is not the original site/article that I intended to link to. These sites may have content that is obscene, pornographic, racist, sexist or morally offensive. As the author, I absolutely do not condone, endorse or take responsibility for such content. The bottom line...

I reserve the right as a human female being to be unpredictable, irrational, disagreeable, illogical, moody, temperamental and totally unreasonable. My posts will reflect all of these aspects in their shining glory. There is swearing, ranting, judgements and points of view on this blog that you may not agree with. If you don’t like it, tough. This is a blog. It is not a compulsory set work for school. It is not required reading material for any university syllabus. It is not a medical journal, official document, guide book, text book or literary masterpiece. It's a blog. No one is forcing you to read it.

Life is really simple. If you don’t like what I say, don’t read my blog.

Thanks for coming to my TED talk. You can carry on with your day.
