You were born to have a different style, a different look, a different body, a different voice and different behaviour, so everyone around you could experience those multi-coloured, multi-dimensional differences that make us all a part of the brilliant, shining, awe-inspiring tapestry that is this weird human existence. You weren’t born to copy others and conform, no.
You weren’t born to be perfect - that’s for manufacturing plants and satellites.
You were born to show that being all the same, looking all the same, speaking all the same and behaving all the same would create nothing but a mind-numbing, neutral, bland, one dimensional, stagnant canvas of beige and boring where nothing would ever change or evolve for the better. You weren’t born to assimilate and go to sleep, no.
You weren’t born to be perfect - that’s for electronic devices and self-driving cars.
You were born to bring all of your unique magnificence to this earth so that others could learn from your wonderful diversity which makes this human experience so much richer for everyone living in it. You weren’t born to fit in and adjust, no.
You weren’t born to be perfect - that’s for space rockets and digital clocks.
You were born to free your family from the path they have steadfastly trodden generation after generation with no adjustment along the way. You were born to show them a new direction and a new journey so that future generations are not imprisoned by the stories of their ancestry. You were born to be daring and adventurous and brave and to snap off the bindings of your lineage and create a new way forward. You weren’t born to perpetuate stories and identities that no longer add value, no.
You weren’t born to be perfect - that’s for accounting software and hydro-electric plants.
You were born to be loved and to love and hold and share and grow and explore all the different versions of yourself and others so this world can evolve into something better where connections and intimacy can be profound for all who live in it. You weren’t born to walk alone, no.

You were born to be alive, raw, emotional, explosive, present and conscious.
